On Wearing Fake Eyelashes & Meeting the Dollface Girls!
It is amazing to not only work with the people behind Dollface Cosmetics but to bond with them as well—-finally. I regret that I was late for the reason that I was stuck in a shoot. I ran to The Fort as fast as I can to meet Teena and Pearl who were waiting for me.

One thing that I always admire about these girls are their eyes. Pearl was wearing fake lashes at the time and it inspired me to push my limits and extend my lashes even more. Plus, every time I see Teena, I tell her again & again how gorgeous her eyelashes are—-cause it really is!
My lashes are long enough but it lacks volume so I thought…
“Maybe I really need to try fake eyelashes besides only using mascara.”
The only problem is, every time I try to, I feel like fake lashes are so heavy and it gets in the way. Often, it sticks out and pokes my eye like cray cray. Even when I do makeup tutorials and have to wear them, I like to remove them immediately because I feel so uncomfortable.
Eventually, I learned two things. It’s either I didn’t apply the lashes the right way or I got the wrong falsies.

They bought a few fake eyelashes while I wasn’t there yet. To my surprise, the lashes they bought almost feels like real human eyelashes. Teena gave me two pairs as I really had the intense desire to try it.

This beautiful lashes are so soft,natural-looking & yes—-it’s affordable. Thank you Teena!

For the first time, I went out with false lashes. This photo was taken before the Glaminar Makeup Workshop started. The inner corners of a fake lash often bothers me but in this case, I don’t have to cut it since the bone and the lashes don’t have sharp edges.

The lashbone is soft but that doesn’t mean it is weak. Some lashes I’ve tried can be too soft that it becomes difficult to handle. But this one is just right.
I think I need to order several pairs more to wear on special events. I might stick to this for a very long time!
What’s your stand on wearing false lashes? Do you like these?
Thanks to Pearl and Teena for inspiring me! It was super fun to hang out with you. Until next time with Noe and Janah! :D
